Portable Filtration

In today's competitive market, offering cleaner, healthier spaces sets you apart. HEPA filtration is an investment in client protection, project quality, and business success. Clean air isn't just good for health; it's good for business.

HEPA filters eliminate 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, removing dust, pollen, and viruses. This leads to happier, healthier clients, fewer allergy-related complaints, and improved satisfaction, driving positive referrals.

Filtration Systems in Commercial Settings

PHS300 HEPA System

Having a mechanical ventilation system is an excellent first step to keep your client’s clients well. Enhance it further by adding a high-quality filter to the ventilation system if possible.

Take the final step by employing a PHS300 to filter high-traffic areas, elevating the wellness of the space by eliminating odors and irritants from the air.

Regulations and Factors

Important to know
  • The 2021 International Green Construction Code (IgCC 2021) Establishes building and site rules with prescriptive and performance provisions.

  • Chapter 8 (801.3.1.3) Specifies minimum filtration and air cleaner standards for buildings, including wetted surfaces, for particles smaller than 10 and 2.5 micrometers (PM10 & PM2.5).

  • ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 170 Healthcare facilities aiming for high performance follow ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 170, recommending MERV8 filters for spaces like waiting rooms where patients spend less than 6 hours.

  • Knowledge, Value, and Importance of IAQ Poor indoor air quality can impede cognitive processes and worsen or induce respiratory issues. Informing clients is the key to fighting this invisible threat.

  • Patient and Staff Safety Protection for staff and patients from VOCs and airborne viruses

  • Indoor Air Quality Improvement 3-stage HEPA filtration systems assist in the removal of particulate matter from the air down to PM0.3.

  • Quiet When operating on a low setting, the noise is comparable to a small desk fan.

  • Comprehensive Filtration 3-stage filtration filters miniscule airborne molecules and smells.

Casters

No mounting required! Casters allow the PHS300 to move easily wherever it's needed.

3-Stage Filtration Inside

MERV-8 prefilter, carbon filter, and a HEPA filter are all used to ensure the air is good IAQ.

PHS300

Stand-alone HEPA filtration system on casters with 3-stage air filtration. Including a carbon and pre-filter, and a HEPA filter. The PHS 300 cleans and filters indoor air in a 2,000 square foot space every hour.

The PHS300 also allows easy maintenance for when the filters need to be replaced.

3-Stage Filtration

MERV & HEPA filters

Particles between 3-10 microns, gaseous compounds such as odors and VOCs, and particles down to 0.3 microns are captured and removed from the air after passing through the PHS300.

Pre-filters should be replaced every 3-6 months and HEPA filters should be replaced once a year.

Stage 1

The MERV-8 filter catches mold spores, dust, and pollen particles

Stage 2

The Carbon filter is connected to the MERV-8. It absorbs main VOCs such as aromatics, esters and ketones, smoke and other odors.

Stage 3

The HEPA filter captures bacteria, legionella and pet dander.

HEPA Filtration vs. HEPA Air Purifiers

What to know

Using a HEPA air purifier can help clean the busiest areas, but covering the whole space might mean buying several of them, which can get expensive.

The PHS300 is an easy solution for clean air needs. Like a HEPA purifier, the PHS300 is capable of filtering 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger. Additionally, thanks to its powerful motor, clean air is distributed throughout the indoor space.

The PHS300 covers up to 2,000 sq. ft. every hour; plug & play solution for business owners. It's portability allows the user to cover the air in the area that needs it the most.

Filtered air is not just a luxury; it's a commitment to creating a healing environment where every breath is a step towards wellness.

Where Can the PHS300 be Used

The definition of versatility

Anywhere a three-prong outlet exists and in a space with enough room for a 13x24” space. Here are our ideas of where you can recommend it.

Classrooms

In every classroom, there is more than just knowledge being shared. Many classrooms can have allergens, dirt, dust, and germs floating around. Keeping the whole class safe means filtering the air around them. If kids are the future, it’s important to keep their air under control.

Hair Salons

In the process of cutting hair, there are more than just words being shared. While a haircut gives one a sense of confidence, multiple sources of pollutants and organic compounds are being released into the air from sources such as hair, dander, hairspray, and chemical cleaners. Ask the client how their air quality is. Honestly, it’s probably worse than they think. Help them retain clients by filtering the air everyone breathes.

Waiting Rooms

Medical offices often will see sick patients. Therefore, keeping the spread of airborne viruses to a minimum will ensure their healthcare facility is safer for staff and patients alike. The PHS300 will provide this full spectrum cleaning and remove VOCs such as allergens, mold, and smells from the air.

Office

At the office, your client may never know when someone is refusing to take their sick day. Assure them of the strength of 3-stage filtration with a HEPA filter, all within a product that can cover 2,000 sq. ft.
