Ensuring efficient ventilation to bring fresh desert air into every unit
FG EC inline fans were installed above the ceilings to maintain fresh air circulation throughout the units. These fans were specified as the basis of design, ensuring quiet, efficient operation suited to the luxury environment.
Overcoming long dryer exhaust duct runs required by code
The condo layouts necessitated extended dryer exhaust duct runs due to the large unit sizes and complex architectural design. To comply with the International Residential Code (IRC) and International Mechanical Code (IMC), Jet Industries installed Dryer Exhaust Duct Power Ventilators (DEDPVs).
