Fresh air appliances

Thanks to space-age technology, your home can keep the inside in and outside out more efficiently than ever before. But locking the fresh air out is a bad idea. A fresh air appliance with heat and energy recovery (HRVs/ERVs) will allow you to bring it all in without sacrificing the energy your home worked so hard to produce.

Fresh air appliances (HRVs/ERVs)

The home climate is not constant. Instead, it depends on multiple factors, such as room moisture, CO2 saturation, room size, number of occupants, and how long they stay there.

All these factors are fulfilled with a correctly sized fresh air appliance with heat (HRV) or energy (ERV) recovery. The system is perfectly tailored to your requirements, whether it’s a new build or a retrofit project.

HERO® Fresh Air Appliances (HRVs)

These products are our premier option for your balanced ventilation needs. They are top-ported and have a counterflow heat exchanger to enable high recovery rates (up to 82%). HERO fresh air appliances (heat recovery ventilators or HRVs) are ideal for single- and multi-family homes.

ATMO Fresh Air Appliances (HRVs/ERVs)

These products offer balanced ventilation in a side-ported housing with a cross-flow core to provide exceptional performance (up to 75% heat/energy recovery). ATMO fresh air appliances (heat or energy recovery ventilators or HRVs/ERVs)are ideal for single-family homes.

FIT® Fresh Air Appliances (ERVs)

These products are side-ported and are only 10" deep when installed, making them a perfect balanced ventilation solution. FIT fresh air appliances (energy recovery ventilators or ERVs) with energy recovery use a cross-flow core and are available with multiple options to help you with all your multi-family application needs.

VHR Fresh Air Appliances (HRVs)

These products bring balanced ventilation to a whole other level with the signature Air Boost Mode (available only with the FLEX® 100H). The VHR fresh air appliances (heat recovery ventilators or HRVs) provide superior heat transfer capability with the aluminum, crossflow core and can be used in single- and multi-family homes.

VER Fresh Air Appliances (ERVs)

These top-ported, balanced ventilation products use energy recovery and are best suited for budget projects. The VER fresh air appliances (energy recovery ventilators or ERVs) use a cross-flow core that can be used in single- and multi-family homes.
